I was out of the office yesterday at meetings and didn’t have a chance to upload the Look du Jour.  Fortunately, you weren’t missing out on much when I kept you waiting 18 hours.  It’s a good thing I don’t meet clients every day, or else I wouldn’t have very much to blog about!

– Winter white BCBG puff sleeved sweater
– Nude camisole
– Banana Republic houndstooth check slacks
– Nude suede pumps — I got them from my friend Maria’s boutique, Colette, in Ocean City, NJ — check it out if you’re ever in the neighborhood — they manage to achieve a great balance between girly girl/shabby chic/surf-ette fashions.  Their website doesn’t do them justice as to how cool it really is: http://colettewebsite.com/index.html
– Heidi Klum gold clover hoop earrings
– Peace symbol + moonstone necklace from Shecky’s Girls Night Out
– Ray Ban glasses

  1. cant see most of these accessories, maybe you are shying away from close-ups after the peek-a-boob shot, but i really like this outfit and especially the action shot. cool shirt and glasses. are they prescrip or just fashion? i have a pair of vogue glasses that used to be my actual glasses, but now that i have perfect vision i still want to wear them and have considered putting plain lenses in them and just rocking them. what do you think?

  2. Fake glasses are endorsed by KC. Until this year, I didn’t wear glasses at all. But, as a nerd, I didn’t feel like I was adequately representing who I am without them. So I’d wear fake glasses to all presentations and whenever we had clients. For a small, young, blondie, they increase your brain cred. I’m not sure what they do for tall Egyptians.
